A little about me....

Client Delivery Manager

I’m a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and MBA graduate with over 20 years of experience in finance, banking, and business operations. At Thryvv, I support the team by helping ensure projects and client engagements run smoothly, accurately, and with care.

My background in corporate finance and banking means I understand the financial pressure and uncertainty directors often face, especially during periods of distress or recovery. I also bring hands-on operational experience, which allows me to see issues beyond the numbers and appreciate the real-world challenges of running a business.

I specialise in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting, providing clear, practical insights that support confident decision-making. My focus is always on helping clients feel supported, informed, and equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.

 At Home

Outside of work, I enjoy balancing life with family time, personal growth, and community involvement. I love routines that keep me grounded and activities that strengthen connection—with family, friends, and the people I serve.

 Industry Advocacy

I advocate for structured, practical, and human-centred client delivery within professional services, particularly in complex financial and recovery environments.

My focus includes:

  • Ensuring business owners receive clear, timely, and accurate financial support

  • Strengthening communication between advisors, directors, and stakeholders

  • Promoting systems and processes that reduce overwhelm and support confident decision-making

  • Supporting directors through calm, organised delivery during periods of financial pressure or uncertainty

Never heard of a Director's Advocate?

Director's Advocate is someone who acts as a support system, advisor, or intermediary for directors in a business or organisation, assisting them to manage complex business problems.

Their role can vary depending on the context, but it typically involves helping directors navigate complex challenges, fulfil their legal or ethical responsibilities, and protect their interests. They will typically have qualifications in business management, and have significant experience in running successful businesses.

In some contexts, such as insolvency or financial distress, a Director's Advocate might focus on guiding directors through the complex insolvency process, legal risks, such as insolvent trading, and ensuring compliance with corporate regulations.
