Our Story 

After 20+ years in the corporate business environment, our journey began with our founder, Cameron Whinnett's realization: there simply isn’t enough support for small business owners to succeed. Time and again, we witnessed passionate entrepreneurs and dedicated leaders struggle to navigate the complexities of running a business, either unsure of where to go to for support, or reaching out to advisors without specific experience in dealing with complex business problems (such as their tax accountants).

We saw the toll this took on small business owners — individuals who had poured their hearts, savings, and dreams into ventures that deserved to thrive. It became clear to us that something had to change. Small businesses are more than just economic drivers; they are the backbone of communities, sparking innovation, creating jobs, and fostering a sense of purpose and connection. Yet, too often, these businesses are left to navigate an overwhelming array of obstacles without the support they need to succeed.

Determined to fill this gap, we brought together a team of experts with a shared passion for making a difference. We combined our skills, insights, and experiences to create a service that does more than provide advice—it offers a lifeline.
