A little about me....

B. Bus (Accounting), GradDipCA

As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cameron's experience in Corporate Recovery started early in his career, where he specialised in Financial Management in a bespoke accounting firm in Brisbane's CBD.

From there, he worked for a big 4 firm, PWC in their Private Client's division. It was at PWC that Cameron realised that the best way to help business owners is to really understand their position. That's why, in 2011, Cameron went out and became a small business owner himself in the facilities management compliance industry.

After 11 years in that position, Cameron grew the business to over 70 staff across 3 divisions. Over this time Cameron picked up real world understanding of what it's like to be a business owner - the stress, the late nights and the struggles.

Today, Cameron heads up Thryvv.io, and dedicates his life to helping business owners improve their financial discipline and management sophistication, putting them in control of their own personal goals.

 Education

After completing high school in 2003, Cameron's first year of university was in Information Technology, gaining a background understanding of business systems. From there, he transitioned into a Bachelor of Business at QUT in Brisbane, which he completed in 2008, where he majored in Accountancy, simultaneously studying full time and working full time.

Following the completion of his degree, Cameron completed his Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA), which he was awarded in July 2010.

Today, Cameron enjoys keeping up to date with industry and macro-economic news.
