About You
You’re an experienced professional who understands accounting transactions inside out but is ready to get away from the desk and into a more people-focused role. You thrive on variety – one day you might be working with a local café, the next with a business turning over tens of millions.
You’re detail-oriented and thorough, but you also love connecting with people, whether that’s guiding a client through a tough conversation or building relationships with referral partners. You’re comfortable talking to both referrers and clients, and you enjoy representing your expertise in networking settings, over coffee meetings, and at industry events.
You’re also open to helping grow the business by developing your own referral network – with full support, training, and resources to help you succeed. Most importantly, you’re motivated by seeing your work directly impact business owners’ futures, combining your technical skills with a genuine passion for helping people find a way forward.
